Pricing: Services and pricing will be based on information provided by the client over the phone. When a follow up in person assessment reveals conditions that were not previously noted by client, discussion of pricing impacts will take place. Prices quoted as part of our free estimate process are valid for 21 days from the date of quote. You may ask for a written quote with the scope of detailed. Modifications can be made after the quote/estimate has been issued and will impact pricing. If you have questions please contact us to clarify.
Stain removal/odor treatment disclaimer: Additional charges will apply to specialty stain and odor treatment. We will ask at the time of service booking for information on presence of stains or pet issues. We will attempt to treat and extract stains that the client informs us of to the best of our abilities and our methods have proven success. As an industry standard we cannot guarantee stain removal 100%.
Certificates of Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request. If required by your organization or entity, please provide specifics for named insured to be added as an endorsement.
Satisfaction Guarantee: In our commitment to client satisfaction, our callback policy states that you immediately notify us of an issues with services received. We will honor reasonable callbacks brought to our attention within a 48 hour period from the time services were performed. Drying times will vary according to type of service rendered, weather, and air movement.
